Nirvana Bodywork and Wellness is a small massage therapy practice. I have been a massage therapist for 19 years. I started my own practice August 2018. I wanted to create a environment that took the time to focus on clients needs and create a care plan to reach their individual goals. I provide relaxation and therapeutic bodywork to individuals to promote stress and reduce pain.
