OK, so I’ve been coming here for at least a few years (not anymore) and when I look back at it, I was NEVER completely satisfied with anything they ever did (or didn’t do) for me. I mean, yeah they always offer you coffee or something, but that doesn’t make up for their lacking in other more important areas. The last time I was there, I was apparently given the MOST crooked hair cut I have ever seen! Yeah they hid it very well with all the curls and spray, but boy was it disgusting! Anyway, I’ll never go here again. Not one time did they ever thank me for ALL the business I’ve sent their way, or for my patronage. My cousin went there ONCE, and they immediately sent her a thank you card and a coupon….wtf?!?! I’ll go where I’ll be appreciated for dropping hundreds of dollars in just a couple hours!

Friendly environment. I always go there in a critical situation, like emergency, (talking about grey hair and need a haircut ), even feeling down, but when they finish, I not only feel happy with my hair and looking fabulous outside, my selfstime is up. 🙂
