My nails look awful First picture is what I wanted. The owner, Nini, did my nails. Results were rushed, messy, and inconsistent nails. When asked if I liked them I truthfully told her no, and that they don’t look professional. She acknowledged wider lines than picture, but the entire paint job doesn’t look good at all. I paid full price, and will chock it up as a loss. Very bummed. Won’t be back.

Went in for a pedicure two days ago. It took over 1 1/2 hours. I knew the person that did it was fairly new. I asked how long she had been doing nails and she said 3-4 months. I asked where she got her certification. She said she was completing an online program. I said, I didn’t realize you can do pedicures without a license. She said, Well, I am a cosmetologist. Something didn’t sound right. The pedicure was substandard in comparison to the ones I have gotten in the past from other employees. I asked Nini if I could see her license. Nini asked her employee to show me her license. The employee said she left it at home.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was getting a gel full set and I had the exact picture I wanted and the lady refused to even look at it and told me she knew how to do them. I asked for coffin and she did square. I asked for some of my nails to be redone because they were so crooked and she told me it was because my fingers were crooked…. then once she did the gel polish, you could still see my natural nail color. I asked for another coat and she wouldn’t respond. She started filing them after they were painted and filed the polish off on the sides. I was up charged for things I did not ask for or get. I was getting a gel full set and I had the exact picture I wanted and the lady refused to even look at it and told me she knew how to do them. I asked for coffin and she did square.
