Do Not GO HERE!! I had the absolute worst experience at this Salon and will tell everyone I know as I am in absolute shock they have a business still if that’s the way they treat their clients.. My daughter and I came in for a New Set and fill date day. I frequently get my nails done and have never received such rude and unskilled service in my many years of experiences. The male nail tech was very rude to me and my daughter he was Slamming my daughters hands around and wouldn’t even allow us to sit by each other after we had kindly asked if we could. We were clear across the room from one another and we were the only customers in the place we literally had to yell at each other just to talk. My daughter and I are in the service industry so we chose to be kind although we were being treated horrible with the concept of kill ‘em with kindness. I asked for my nail tech(older man) to cut my nails down 3 separate times and he literally ignored my request. They began filing my nails while they were still wet with gel polish after taking away the light.Then they blamed me for not curing them although I didn’t sign up for a DIY nail workshop and didn’t have control over the light situation. My daughter had polish all over her actual fingers and cuticles and I literally could have done better myself. I didn’t ask for much just a fill and gel polish and a simple heart on one of the nails and of course, to cut my nails down which as we know didn’t happen. They do not care and do not understand basic customer service.. Don’t waste your time or money. Nail Couture in Middleton is absolutely incredible go there (Than and her team will gladly do incredible work and they are so Nice and a great Salon!

My service was a full set pink and white gel.hasn’t been 2 weeks and they are not lasting The shape is wide I had to tell him to to file so they won’t be wider than my fingers He also glued the nail at the tip of my nail which broke all my real nails off. I will not be returning I also tipped him $20 he was very rough and mean. Extremely disappointed

I got my nails done, I tried to tell the guy that the nails are going the other way, he fixed it 3 times and he continued putting it the same way. Also requested long oval, and got small round nails. I suffer Anxiety, and this made my anxiety kick in leaving the place. Normally Nini does my nails or the girl that sits in frot of her. But NINI is mostly always booked, and the person that took the place of the girl in front, tries to be nice, but its constantly in the phone. And keeps putting the thumb and Pinckney nail all wrong. I cried in my car, because my anxiety… used to come a lot, but I think I will find somewhere else.

First time here… made an appointment for a fill at 1 PM, was not serviced until 1:30ish. (Short staffed, so not a big deal) kind staff, but nails are mediocre. Polish is lumpy near the tip, and one nail/ring finger is clearly misshaped. $50 for a fill with 2 broken nails..

I went there today for the first time. I got my nails done with Billy, and it was terrible. He was rude and treated my hands like if I was a farm animal. Every nail is unevenly shape, he was so rough that my cuticles are sore and sensitive. When he applied the clear top coat, it seems that the nail coat was old and thick and it dried unevenly. It looked like if a 3-year old did my nails. I asked him if this was the standard of quality of his job, and he pulled my hand angrily and started to filed the top to remove the coat and re-do it.

DISCLAIMER: I wish to give this rating about the individual who did my nails, not the business as a whole, as the person I was with got a great manicure and I do not wish to imply that the business as a whole deserves one star. That said, I can confidently say this is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The gentleman took 35 minutes filing my nails, and I had to stop him at one point because he just started to give me a square shape, without asking. I wanted round. Then, the tips get attached and half of them are massively crooked. And then, he proceeds to use FIVE coats of the base for the dip polish. Then, 3 coats of the dip color. Also, there were noticeable gaps in the color on the edges of my nails.
