I went and got a pedicure on Saturday and 4 days later the polish came off of 3 of my toes. It didn’t chip off when I took my sock off the polish came off in whole pieces. I returned to tell them and they said it was because I didn’t get gel polish and I told her that in 20 years of getting pedicures the polish has never come off like that especially in 4 days. I was charged $15 for them to simply repolish my toenails. I definitely won’t be back

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot my nails did on July 6 2021, First off the man who did my nails did not know what he was doing , he was very rough and he hurt my finger with the tool several of times . When he finished my set the nails was very lumpy, the middle nail on my left hand was extremely cricket , he kept going over his work numerous off times , when he laid the chrome on he used his finger instead of the tool so me being the person that I am I did not say anything at first but I just couldn’t accept the fact that he did horrible so I went back in and told the lady that either she soak them off and give me half my money back or she fix them , she chose to fix them and they were way better than what they was but while I was on vacation three of my nails popped off and it hasn’t even been a week yet , no where near a fill in !!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend and this was my first time going and I spent $80 on this set !! This location is to be avoided at all cost if u want to be respected as a customer. The manager was very rude proceeded to argue with a customer about charging $5.00 to remove Standard Glitter Nail Polish, which was not disclosed due to the fact there are only a couple of techs that speak English. Due to the manager arguing with the other customer, she barely spoke with me and even messed up my nail filing and even laying my acrylic. After $98 and a full blown argument, I feel as if my money has been wasted and I was undervalued with my money. DO NOT VISIT

They don’t even deserve a one star. Stay away from this place! It’s only gonna harm your skin! Very horrible service! Got a pedicure and left with my toes hurting and bleeding and they couldn’t do anything about it! Refused to help!! I’m not the type to write negative reviews but this place deserves it. The fact they have a robot apologizing is so disrespectful. Owner gave no help!!

I went to this nail shop. I asked them to get a fill and to fix one of my nails. He told me that it would be 18, $15 for the fill and three dollars to fix one nail so I agreed and he proceeded to do my nails. He took off two of my nails without my consent and told me it would be $25. I told him I only agreed to pay him 18 I didn’t even have $25. I had to missing nails he refused to fix them telling me I had to get a new set. I did my best to stay calm as I work in customer service and understand that being rude doesn’t get you the help you need. But he refused and told me to get out. I begged and pleaded with him to at least fix the two nails that he took off without my consent and eventually he agreed. Poorly putting on acrylic and then yelling at me to get out and go elsewhere. I will never go here again

Went yesterday to get a full set short.. When I called in the lady said $23. When my service was she she said $26.. I said on the phone it was stated $23. I told the lady who did my nails this will be my first & last time. Now today I see air bubbles where I had to apply glue around where the air bubbles occurred.. I will go to Monica Nails or go to the mail. That is my first & last time going because I’m not satisfied,the prices are high like they giving prices out the top of her head.. Will nt go back unless its the last options.. Not happy about the servce
