Thu took time to listen to my needs and worked magic on me. She is also extremely friendly and professional! Thu was amazing! She took my home colored COVID hair and brought back my blonde highlights. The color is amazing. Thu took time to listen to my needs and worked magic on me. Critical: ProfessionalismI went inside the salon to make an appointment on December 20th. I told the stylist currently working that I had a tight schedule and had a few days off work the first week of January if they were available. She told me I could get in on the 5th or 6th of January and to send them a message on Instagram and a stylist would get back to me. I did exactly that. The salon reached out to me through Instagram a week later saying one of their stylists would reach out to me from their personal account. 3 days go by, so I messaged the stylist myself, and I’m confident she would not have messaged me had I not sent a message first. She didn’t have the dates I was promised available and said it was a “miscommunication”. I was only available those 3 days I gave the salon originally, so I told her Saturdays are the only other available day I had because of work. She then informed me that she didn’t have anything available until the 29th of January. Normally, I wouldn’t have minded waiting, I understand salons are busy and Saturdays are booked in advance. But because of the lack of communication between stylists, delayed responses, and over all use of social media instead of just booking me an appointment, I am very upset already about my experience and I haven’t even had an appointment or consultation with this salon. I’ve heard great things and I love the pictures of their work, but now I am hesitant to even go here. I went inside the salon to make an appointment on December 20th. I told the stylist currently working that I had a tight schedule and had a few days off work the first week of January if they were available. She told me I could get in on the 5th or 6th of January and to send them a message on Instagram and a stylist would get back to me. I did exactly that. I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know how to articulate it. I had a pixie before covid-19 and it grew out so awkward. Thu listened so well and helped me so much. I love that she made it clear that she wanted me to tell her what I wanted adjusted after the cut was done so I could go home 100% satisfied with my cut. I’m so happy with my hair!I was impressed with the measures taken for covid-19, they are so clean and respectful. I’m new to the area and was stressed out finding a new hairdresser. This place was incredible. Thu did a fantastic job with my hair. I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know how to articulate it. I had a pixie before covid-19 and it grew out so awkward. Thu listened so well and helped me so much. I love that she made it clear that she wanted me to tell her what I wanted adjusted after the cut was done so I could go home 100% satisfied with my cut. I drove 2500 miles from California to have Amanda take care of what hair I have left! She did a great job with a little bit of color and a awesome cut/style….
