Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy boyfriend had a tattoo appointment here at this shop we drove 40 mins here, & when we got there we were told 30 minute wait, we waited about 15 minutes & then were told to come back the next day. That itself is so unprofessional because this artist told him to come at that time. They reschedule for the next day, he even asked her if she was sure that the time worked for her because we didn’t want to make a second trip for nothing, she confirmed & said yes. We go in the next day & she says to come back in an hour at this point I’m very frustrated & disappointed, I am wasting gas & time. Very well so we say okay before the hour is up she asks for another 30 minutes later. Extremely unprofessional. they should’ve at least had a lil bit of consideration for their clientele or some type of communication.
