This is seriously the worst Polish job I’ve ever gotten. I paid for the Deluxe pedicure ($40)and the service was fine but when I chose regular polish instead of Gel I could tell they weren’t too happy. They lost a $10 upcharge. I paid $3 to remove the gel polish i had before and went with regular. I won’t return to this shop. This is my third visit. 3 strikes and I’m out. Now I have to clean up my own polish job at home. I paid $53 because there is no option for no tip on the card reader. I gave the lowest they allow 15% .

I took my granddaughter to have mani-pedis and it was very disappointing. The young man who did my granddaughter’s manicure and pedicure was very rough and unkind. He told her to be still when she simply turned her head to speak to me. He looked miserable doing his job and it was difficult for either of us to enjoy ourselves. The girl who did my pedicure was ok. A kind of depressing atmosphere. We will not be going back. Also some of her nails chipped in less than 12 hours.

Nice place. They do a good job but can be somewhat rude. It’s best to call first and make an appointment. They have a stamp card. After 5 stamps, you get $5 off. Be sure to start your card! but they charge extra for everything

I’m looking through these reviews and the answers that the business is responding back with makes me super dissapointed. I noticed that every time a customer rates a one star and explains the problem that is CLEARLY the nail tech’s fault, I see the person responding from the business to be extremely rude and blaming the customer with aggression because Andrew is indeed very rude and I support these comments. Be more professional.

i took my daughter to get her first set. the experience was so perfect & the nail techs did SUCH a good job! both of our nails “match our personalities” from what we’ve been told. we are both so happy with the results & would highly recommend to anybody & everybody!

I went in exactly a week ago today as a new client since moving from the heights to Rio Rancho the man who did my nails was nice & I appreciate him asking me throughout my service if I liked my length and shape which I did. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one of my nails has already broken off completely and on two others my gel polish is chipped and it’s very noticeable, I’ve never had this happen and I get my nails done every two weeks at another shop. The lady who did my eyebrows was very nice & did a great job!
