I got my nails done about three days ago at this place , they don’t even prep your nails, she was using the Wrong nail sizes . They don’t sanitize their tools. As you can see my nails are so thick and the shape is so bad. If you pay attention they don’t know what they’re doing. DONT GO HERE !!!

Like alot of reviews, they rush, judge you for wanting to make your own decisions and god forbid you ask about their pricing! Nina is very impolite and entitled. I left with 5 bleeding nails. Nail salons have gotten worse and worse. They act like us as customers cant question or make our own choices for what we are paying for. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this place.

Nina rushes through her work and is rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it didn’t turn out at all like it! She put aqua on my nails when i specifically told her I wanted Christmas green. And then argued with me when I told her that is not green! After all of that she up-charged me $15 for a “design” that I didn’t get and $5 for “almond” shape. Ridiculous! I will never go there again.

Went and got my nails done today, they didn’t even do a full manicure just put my nails on, completely rushing. The woman was judging me because I wanted shorter nails, telling me they wouldn’t look good. I work with elderly, I can’t have excessively long nails. The lady didn’t completely smooth them out or even get close to the cuticle, so they already look grown out. They are all different lengths, bumpy, and crooked; Walmart press on nails would have probably looked better. I’m very disappointed knowing that I have to go pay another $40 to get them fixed. Lesson learned, never going here again.

Unfortunately my daughter had a horrible experience on her birthday, and even less fortunate is the fact that this was not the first time. The service was completely unprofessional, the staff and actually Nina herself (whom my daughter has known and has been coming to since she was 12) actually treated us like we were asking for a free hand out or something? Like we were a hassle and we ought to take what we get and be happy with it. I have never spent so much money to be so insulted, and on my daughter’s birthday! Nina did her nails personally and didn’t even clean the dirt out from underneath m, she told my daughter and her friend that they didn’t have time to give them the colors they wanted as they were leaving and didn’t have the time. The end result is her nails look as though they’ve grown out two weeks and we were charged $55! A 16 year old little girl on her birthday! We are so hurt over the experience, we will never be back and we are both making sure we tell everyone we know.
