Nail techs Tracy and Susy are great at providing quality service to the customers during a manicure and pedicure. Nina is amazing too known her for over a decade and her work is quality. The only bad thing is that the receptionist double book, or have the techs take in customers before the appointments meaning having the appointment wait pass the time reserve. NOT the first time this happens. Rrceptionist need to better control and respect the techs time and customers time. Please provide a grace period for customers whom are running late for x_y_z reason that won’t overlap the next customers time making them wait over 20-30 minutes.

Nina is amazing! All the staff is so nice and great pedicures with very reasonable pricing. They are also pretty accurate with how long you have to wait if you don’t have an appointment. Of course it’s always better to have an appointment.

They do everything very quickly and do not care about the quality….. Was a bad experience…. I almost cried when I left the place…..and I asked my sister what I was going to do to remove that from my nails…One of the ladies smoothed my nails a lot, i still feel the pain….I do not recommend this place and also it’s too expensive!!! I spend $ 42 for this!!!You do not see much in the photos, but when you see them in reality, you might cry …

Absolutely LOVE this spot. The owner Nina is super nice and she ALWAYS goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. The best thing about this place is that every nail tech is really good. I never make an appointment and I always let whoever is available do my nails and they always look great. Nina’s Nails is THE BEST!
