Honestly one of the worst salons I have been to. If you want fast and cheap this is the way to go. My two friends and I came in for dip manicures and regular polish pedicures. While having our nails done, it was never by the same person and we would be left multiple times for 10-20 minutes. During the pedicure the woman used the same tools on everyone, without cleaning in between. The pedicure was hardly completed, but rather just a quick soak in water and painted nails: no scrubbing or trimming. When asked to do the dip manicure on my nails, it was done quickly and sloppily. The woman used 6-7 layers of dip on the nail rather than 2-3, leaving the nails very thick and uncomfortable. When asked multiple times to fix the issues, we were dismissed and ignored. The woman also did not trim cuticles or perform an actual manicure, instead just slapped the dip on. Picture attached of how my dip looked when I left the salon. If you want to waste a good $70, go here.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went into Nina’s Nails to get my old dip removed and new dip for my nails with a design. My nail technician did a wonderful job getting as close to the design as she could, but I never expect it to look exactly like the picture anyways and just want it to be close. She was very thorough and was super nice to me. She made sure that I understood everything that I was getting and made sure I was okay with pricing. I went into Nina’s Nails to get my old dip removed and new dip for my nails with a design. My nail technician did a wonderful job getting as close to the design as she could, but I never expect it to look exactly like the picture anyways and just want it to be close. She was very thorough and was super nice to me. She made sure that I understood everything that I was getting and made sure I was okay with pricing. Since I got a design, it was a bit more expensive than I would have liked, but it was very worth it. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be going back soon!!

I arrived for my appointment on time. I had to wait a bit to get into the seat but not a problem. However, once in I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes while the guy, who just finished with another client, walked around wiping things down, changi g garbage etc., While I definitely appreciate them wanting to clean as the place is always kind of dirty,making a client wait over an hour for service is pathetic. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Missed comunication on how I wanted them done..very busy today so everyone did part in doing my nails..they were rotating threw the clients cause of being so busy more clients than stylest lol but my nail turned out ok but rushed me at the finish because my friends were done..I should have stayed for the last part..insuring they were dry..I was put under the big heat and light box..so not a great $40 spent they ended up getting a few messed up nails because they got smugged..

Very friendly, and best prices in Murray KY! Good service, and i love the outcome of my nails! recommend to everyone. i also saw a review where someone commented on the cleanliness of the facility, and honestly i didn’t see any issue with that aspect. they are busy and hard working people, they may not have the time to clean up perfectly because they stay busy! i would recommend to anyone! 🙂
