Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went to get my eyebrows waxed twice here after being recommended. The job was rushed each time. She uses a razor after waxing and cut two much off one of my eyebrows. It was a noticable difference. No discount was given. I will not be going back.

Critical: ProfessionalismSaw the sign and thought I would check it out. A few ladies in front of me so I expected a wait, but no one said anything to me to find out what I needed, etc. *Nothing.* No wait time, pick your color, gel or dip, nothinggggggg. Just one lady looking at me like I was bothering her for coming in. Then someone came in after me and they took her info and seated her for a pedi within 10minutes. Saw the sign and thought I would check it out. A few ladies in front of me so I expected a wait, but no one said anything to me to find out what I needed, etc. *Nothing.* No wait time, pick your color, gel or dip, nothinggggggg. Just one lady looking at me like I was bothering her for coming in. Then someone came in after me and they took her info and seated her for a pedi within 10minutes. I promise you, whatever your salón got going on here isn’t that deep that you don’t need to speak to people.

I went to get my nails done at this nail about four times I really liked it and was happy I had found a good nail salon to get my nails done. In March I got a full set at this nail salon and it was the only nail salon I had been going ever since. I was happy about the way my nails turned out. I have inserted a photo where you can see when I had recently gotten my nails done at Nina’s Nails in the beginning of march. A few weeks after I saw a little bump on the bottom of my nail which I thought maybe was just a pimple. So i carried on with my life and then more week past and i start to notice that the small bump gets bigger and bigger. I rush to the doctor and they say it seems like I got an infection which was most likely from the Nail salon i got my nails done. The infection didn’t remove until three months. I recently went back to Nina’s Nails today because it’s been since March when that problem occurred to me. I decided to be considerate of others and of myself and tell the lady doing my nails about what happened to me and if they had cleaned their tools before doing my nails today. Well I honestly wish I just would’ve been selfish and not said a word because this other lady that I guess was the owner told me to just get out & saying that “some people are just sensitive” and “our salon is always cleaned” & acting like I was dirty like ma’am i’m telling you to be a good person so what happened to me at YOUR nail salon won’t happen to other customers. She was extremely rude. which made absolutely no sense to even act like that if I literally know I got it from their salon due to their equipment not being clean. I even looked into it online before in march just to make sure i got it from when i got my nails done with them and not something else. but anyways just be extremely cautious with any nail salon that you go to so what happened to me won’t happen to you it’s absolutely disgusting and i was literally terrified to get my nails done again. i’m kinda glad she kicked me out today maybe god was protecting me from getting this thing again at Nina’s Nails.So I’m not writing this review for pettiness due to the experience that occurred today at Nina’s Nails. I went to get my nails done at this nail about four times I really liked it and was happy I had found a good nail salon to get my nails done.
