Staff isn’t really friendly at all. And the woman that did my eye brows came from behind the register and didn’t even use hand sanitizer!! Like I don’t know where the hell your hands been. Then you touching my face that’s disgusting. 2nd my eye brows are un even she cut one shorter then the other towards the front of the brow.

NOT a good place if you want your eyebrows done the right way. Staff has no customer service skills and the girl who did my eyebrows def didn’t care about Symmetry, one is higher than the other one. The second service I got, the waxing was extremely painful. She def does not know how to do that either.

First time coming here for eyebrow threading. I’ve heard that it’s hurts and I really thought it did but that’s just part of the process, nothing against the woman who did it. It was very quick, maybe 5 minutes or less. Comparable price of $8 as opposed to $8/10 for waxing.

I went to have my usual Eyebrow clean up. My usual girl was not in so I explained to the new threading tech I’m growing my eyebrows please do a clean up only… When she finished I was mortified… I had a thin brow line. Al those months of growing and shaping my brows were wasted and I had to pay for the destruction. Lesson learned.

Horrible horrible place! I went there for a haircut, very uncourteous staff. The hair dresser did such a pathetic job that I had to go to another hair dresser the same day to get it fixed. She did not even bother to show me if I was okay with the hair cut. She was just in a hurry to get to the next client without even finishing what she was doing. I had to tell her that she had missed a spot to trim the hair!!! Very bad experience. Never stepping into this place again.
