Over the last 2 years I’ve been a regular customer, they always were courteous helpful, and available when I needed their services. Sometime I work 6-7 days a week, and at both sites of Nina’s Salon, every time I’ve called to make an appointment they accommodated my work schedule. I have been going to Nina’s salon for about 5 years off and on. Over the last 2 years I’ve been a regular customer, they always were courteous helpful, and available when I needed their services. Sometime I work 6-7 days a week, and at both sites of Nina’s Salon, every time I’ve called to make an appointment they accommodated my work schedule. LONG before any covid issues, I always felt special, never any question, I always received excellent service!!!!

Positive: QualityI’ve been coming to Ninas for about 4-5 months now and I’m not going any where. They are so clean and cautious with this whole COVID thing. I felt safe and comfortable. Nina keeps my hair healthy, shiny and moist. My silk press always comes out on point. Their service overall is exceptional. I would recommend this people any day.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in here from coloring my own hair at home because im a cosmetologist. This was my last resort, i really wanted a silk press but i waited too late & everyone was booked. She gave me one price over the phone & then i came in and she started adding all these extra charges. $5 to wash my color out lmfaooo. I have 4a type shoulder length hair, the lady Dina or however you say it told me that my hair was too curly to go in rollers, ive never heard that before, business was slow so she tried to get me to just get a doobie without rollers cause that’s $50 which is ridiculous. I wasted my time coming here because i needed a trim badly, that was my whole point of getting my natural hair done. I came in here from coloring my own hair at home because im a cosmetologist. This was my last resort, i really wanted a silk press but i waited too late & everyone was booked.
