Amazing work, super professional and always puntual and kind. I had a facial done and my eyebrows done during one of the specials they have, it was an ombré fill in (not microblading) and I was very impressed. They looked natural and not mirror like and fake. I believe the name was Dinorah. Very clean and relaxing ambiance, quiet and private. The work Nina does on the eyelashes is impeccable. Overall I recommend going here. I like that they took the COVID precautions seriously, they’re always wearing masks and regulate how many people are in the spa at once.

Great place!! The ladies do a fantastic work! Nina did my eyebrows and maylen my eyelashes. They are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They’re professional and the place is very neat and clean. I’ll definitely recommend it!!

I have visited this place a few times. I had my very first eyebrow micropigmentarion with Nina, and I loved it. However, the lady that did my lash extensions the first time cursed in Spanish because she was having a hard time with the process. She seemed to be in a rush as her family was waiting for her outside. When I went for the seconds session for my brows Nina recommended eyelash lifting. I decided to have this done and the results were awful. My lashes we’re destroyed…I lost 75%of my lashes! I called and they said they could not do anything for me and I had to wait for my lashes to grow back. I asked to speak with Nina and I was never able to. I also emailed hoping Nina would get back to me but she did not. I’m very dissapointed. Thankfully I found another salon & spa that offer this services and I have not have any problems with them so far!

Nice people but the receptionist speaks very little English. My masseuse also didn’t speak much English so that made it difficult for me to communicate which areas I wanted her to focus on during my massage. The facial was good however the massage was not due to the communication issue. I did make a suggestion to the one person who was there that spoke fluent English and she seems very accepting of the suggestion that I made to create a chart where a person can indicate which areas they want focused on in their massage. Unfortunately, my back still hurts and my neck still hurts because the massage just was not that great. I’m willing to give them one more try and hopefully I will see the suggestion that I made implemented to make it a better experience

This was a bad experience, they did not clean the table or change sheets between my massage and the person who went before me. I wanted the massage to be over as soon as it began. I do not even think the woman was licensed as a massage therapist, she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She was also on her phone several times throughout the massage. The music cut off halfway through and it was an awkward silence. And he face rest was too small, my face was smashed and sweaty the whole time. She never massaged my legs or head, and never got into my muscles. I paid for a package with wine and never got it. The facility was dirty, and no one spoke English. I will be telling everyone to avoid this place! DO NOT GO!

An absolute joke! My “full body deep tissue massage” consisted of someone lightly grazing my back and the back of my arms. There was nothing to it. The lady also kept checking her phone throughout the entire time, using one hand on my back… The music kept “moving”. Then we fast forward to the facial. I could have done it at home. All it was, was several masks and steam at one time. The foot and hand scrub was a joke. It lasted all of 4-5 minutes and constituted of lotion and a hot towel… That’s it.
