The ppl There are so rude! They do good nails but they’re very rude have terrible attitudes and ask you to switch colors. It was my first time there I took 4 daughters with me we spent like 267. I should have gave that business to my own town but they close on Sundays so we had a girls day. I’ll never go back even tho the work is good an Tbey are pretty face it’s not worth taking the verbal rudeness. The one in my town lovely nails have always been so very nice never rude.

Really busy when we got there. But went fast. Fastest I’ve ever got thru at a super busy nail salon. Paul was Great!!! Courteous. Professional. Honest. Dont think you’ll go here and get ripped off. Ask Paul’s opinion. He will be honest. Means a lot to me!!!! Beautiful salon! Very talented group.

Just got my nails done for a bachelorette party. After she asked if I liked it and I said the design was crooked and she said it was my finger, and that was the best she could do. Did not offer to fix it. Was very rude to me the whole time, and when asked if she could remove the extra polish that had gotten on my skin, she said it would come off eventually after washing my hands. She said 55$ for full set with gel, ended up paying $70. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, nothing crazy, just brown tips, and I picked out a color, but she told me she’d try her best. She explained reason for some of the extra charge was from showing her the picture. Asked for a receipt and she said she couldn’t get me one.

The worst pedicure i say my friend and I have ever received. They are cutting so many things out that they use to do but costing you more. Not even 5 hours after getting my nails done the paint peeled off on its own and my acrylics are wavey! Not to mention 2 different powder colors are on my nails. Highly dissatisfied not worth the $65!!

Disappointed with my acrylic nails. I let them talk me into getting them instead of just going with sns like I always do if go anywhere else. Plus they told me it would be better, and one nail broke the same day. Another one broke not even 2 days later. There’s no reason in hell I spend almost 100 bucks on a Mani and Pedi and my nails are breaking. The only reason I’m giving a second star is because the guy who did my toes did a very thorough job.

When i sat down and showed the lady the design i wanted, she asked me what it meant and i said it didn’t mean anything, and then she said “if it doesn’t mean anything then why are you even getting it, it’s ugly.” She proceeded to be very rude and was acting like she was in a rush for some reason. She didn’t even cut my cuticles, she put the acrylics on un-evenly, and she didn’t even asked what colors i wanted and used totally different colors then what it was in the picture.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my daughter to get a set of acrylic nails nothing fancy just plain nails and the person who did them was very rude to my daughter and did a very poor job on her nails there was uneven polish streaks on her nails it had little dents and lumps on some of the nail it look like they rushed to get them done but we was there for 3 hours my daughter didn’t have nail polish or nails on before we got there so they didn’t have to soak off anything.
