Three stars is for the wonderful job on my pedicure but my manicure was rushed, she tried to use a drill on my nails even after I said no, for my cuticles. The rushing was basically because someone was coming for a full set way more than my manicure. I won’t be returning to this establishment, I can get better service elsewhere.

The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. They do not rush you.The prices are great, but the quality is hit or miss for both lashes and gel nails. I have had lashes done perfectly here for $75, and just average $50.My gel nails with no manicure was $18.

I called and made an appointment for eyelash extensions at 11am. I get there and wait 20 minutes after my appointment time and I’m still not seen. Definitely wont be returning Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Dip powder, Eyelash extensions, Waxing, Manicure

I’ve came here for a wax then a second time for a pedicure and a third time for a gel manicure. Wax is great. My pedicure looks great. My manicure not so much. Not even a whole day and it had peeled off one of my nails. I’m assuming not enough time to dry like they had thought. May try it one more time and send a second update. Would hate to have to look for a new nail salon.

I took my 4yr daughter to get her nails painted like I usually, it is usually $10 they never try to upsell me. I try Nina’s Nails and without any advice or warning they do the most expensive route. $40 is not much but we’re talking about a 4yr old girl who just wanted some color on her nails. I paid without saying anything thing but I feel like I was ripped off, horrible service

It used to be customer friendly, but now they seem to be nonchalant. I have spent hundreds, well over a thousand dollars at this shop. I walked in for a nail repair and they treated me like trash as if everyone is too good to do just one nail. If you go, ask for Nina. I will continue to hope they gain that friendly spirit back. Until then just hope you catch them on a good day.

HORRIBLE!!!!! It was my 2nd time here. I came the first time and they shaped them weird, so as a business owner myself I respected them enough to have them fix it before writing a review. In which they did. I was happy. I came back the second time for another refill and lashes. The pictures below will show the work the lady did. I had them done Saturday, March 31, 2018 I came back April 2nd to address the fact that while wiping my face with a wipe I felt like something was stuck on my lash so I lightly pulled them and they all fell off. The owner told me to come back on Wednesday. I asked her for a refund, because I did not want her to do my lashes nor my nails again. There was NO OFFER to have someone else fix them or do my lashes or anything. In return she got loud along with an attitude with me. This is really bad business and I in return will never be back again. I know I spend anywhere upward of $150 in here at a time and this is how they treat their customers.
