I usually come to this place and for the most part they do a decent job with my manicures but I went and got a French pedicure and it came out terrible. The lady was very rushed and left clumpy mistakes. She also cut one of my nails on an angle which made it look weird. Then literally the next day it peeled off and when I went in to redo it the lady didn’t even bother to peel off what was coming off, instead she just painted over it.. pretty disappointed that they let customers walk out the door with nails that don’t look nice. The picture was from the first day I got it done. The nail lady was sweet but definitely did not do a good job. Waste of my money.

I was a customer here for a little over two years until Nancy had to take a break due to health concerns. I completely understood and even used one of her other techs that she recommended for nail art. Unfortunately I was really turned off because the brush she attempted to dust my nails off with was matted down. I decide to venture out because I am really big on nail art. However I still wanted to continue going for my pedicures because I like the lady who did them. However the receptionist made it very hard for me to make an appointment. She couldn’t tell me the ladies availability for the day I called or the day after. I had my sister call inquiring about an appointment with the same lady and she was given one IMMEDIATELY. I show up to her (MY) appointment and the receptionist was not happy to see me. I went to start my pedicure and told the lady which spa scent I’d like. I was told I could not get a spa pedicure because my appointment was for a gel pedicure only. However when you call to make an appointment for pedicure they only ask you if you’d like regular or gel. Normally once you sit the tech would ask if you’d like spa. In the two years I was a customer there I’ve never been asked gel, regular, or spa pedicure over the phone. I asked the receptionist why I could not have a spa pedicure and she stated that I only booked for a gel. I go to pay for my gel pedicure and told the receptionist that I’d like to make an appointment for a spa gel pedicure. She asked me for when i said the second week of August. I was informed she was was only making appointments for July. Mind you I was there the last week of July. In the two years that I was a customer I always made my next two appointments for my fill and pedicure because Nancy availability was always tight. I paid for my services and left there feeling so confused. I’ve NEVER given ANY of her staff any kind of issue while I was a faithful customer there. I’m not sure if Nancy (the owner) was offended that I was going elsewhere to do my nails due to her being unable to do them. I reached out to her personally and told her all that occurred and she never responded. I feel bad that good techs are losing out on money because of bad customer service. Hopefully these owners will understand that business goes by word of mouth and learn to appreciate their customers. Because a simple I’m sorry that you experienced that at my shop how can I help fix this would have made me feel appreciated.

This place is AMAZING! I started coming here because Nancy’s younger cousins were my students, and her cousin would come in with her nails looking so good that i had to finally ask where she went. She told me about her cousin’s salon and told me to go there. That was the best nail advice i’ve ever received! It is exponentially better than the last salon i was going to. The cleanliness and decor of the salon matches the customer service which matches the quality of the work…and all are unbeatable! My nails have never looked so good and lasted so long! I went in one time because one nail chipped (user error), and Nancy took a look at my other nails and decided they may at one point chip, too (they needed to be a little thicker). So, she redid all of them for me in hopes that they would “last longer.” You can’t beat that customer service! They have an extremely friendly staff who always greets every customer with a smile. I always feel welcome there, unlike my last salon. I have found my forever nail salon! *recently i asked Nancy to do a quick little flower design on my ring finger for me to balance out the gray and add a pop of color to commemorate spring…she went above & beyond…here are the results! BEAUTIFUL!!

Horrible they close at 7 but want me to come not later than 4:30 couldn’t take me for 5:30 because the lady in the phone said they let the pedicure person go at 5 that’s not my problem until I asked to get a full set your better off walking into this place than making a appointment they are lazy and don’t want to stay until closing never coming here again this place sucks ….

Very first time going to Nina’s nailsfirst people to actually take their time and listen to what you want and they came out beautiful would recommendgoing in there and giving them a chance the prices are phenomenal they’re not too high. Will definitely be back

Doesnt even deserve 1 star rating. The few times that I have been there I have witnessed them lie to walk in customers who don’t have an appointment and tell them that they would be able to accommodate them even though they would be completely booked. All so that they can make money and have people wait for hours.Recently had an appointment and went there for a gel manicure. I knew they wouldnt last because of the horrible job the nail tech put in. She showed no interest in wanting to work at all. Less than 2 days later my paint was already chipping and the nails with the designs were pealing from all the edges. I called to let them know right away and the receptionist wanted me to come in 30 minutes from when I was calling even though I explained that I had work and then only gave me an other option of 5 pm the next day when i had plans. She would not work with me at all to find any other day or time that would work for my schedule it was either the option she gave me or no option at all. So I went into the nail salon a few days after and the receptionist was extremely rude turned away when i walked in and the manager came up to talk to me and tried to convince me that my nails were weak and thats why it didnt last. She really was trying to convince me that it was my fault a GEL manicure didnt hold up for a week. She didnt even offer to fix them or reimburse me for the awful experience.Would never suggest or recommend anyone go here for a service.
