I’ve come here before and loved the way my nails came out but this time it was absolutely terrible. I had multiple cuts, dried glue amd powder all over my hands, and on one of my nails, there was a bump and it was uneven. I went back in to show them but they refused a refund even though I showed all the cuts, glue/powder, and uneven nails. I told them I was unhappy and said if they didn’t refund, I could always dispute the charge to which Alicia threatened me saying that “they have people who could take care of that which will put me in even more trouble”. Will not be coming back, my first clue should’ve been the empty salon.

Excellent customer Service. Have been a customer for over 7 years. Would definitely recommend and ask for Tracey or Rachel. Their manicure and pedicures are the best. So relaxing. I always feel pampered when I have my appointment. I look forward to my next appointment in two weeks. Love the location. Just 10 minutes from my home .

I was impressed with all the reviews so had my gel nails done on Sunday. Must be an off day for “friendliness”. My tech did not say One Word . Amazing ! I haven’t been in a nail salon that doesn’t use a towel to put your hands on while getting a manicure . Cut back on cleanliness too, I’m afraid . Can’t recommend.

I brought in a dress for alteration. Now it is lost. Nina did not tell me this until the third time I came back asking about it. Folks at the salon did take some time to look for it. Still, I would not take any clothing that is special to you here.
