Because of the thinnest of my nails i ask for my nails to be soaked of. Tina, my nail tech said ok but proceeded to pop them off with her tools. I started bleeded on two of my fingers and she never stop to give aide. She used her tools on my blood and never cleaned it. My nails are supposed to be flare and they not. My fingers are a little flare but not like i ask. And my two thumbs are definitely sqaure. PLUS i can see the glued on nail on my finger. I ATTACHED A PICTURE.

I had went to get my nails done with acrylic nails already on because I thought they were going to soak them off or at least give me a choice of whether it would be soaked or ripped off, but the woman ripped them off. While she was ripping one off, my real nail was pulled off, and it started to bleed. The woman didn’t seem to care about that and kept trying to do my nails as if it wasn’t there. From under the glued nail, I could a spot of blood turned black, and now with the finished product, I can see the blood of I pull my skin from under my nail. The design isn’t what I wanted either because I wanted small sparkles with clear nails, but she gave me realllly big circle sparkles. It doesn’t match the design I showed them at all. She even used the nail drill on my skin for one of my fingers while she was smoothing out my nail. However, I don’t know if that’s something they do, but the other places I’ve gone to have never done that before.

Nails they do are great. But attitudes very poor. They are also very hostile to kids. Do NOT recommend. I walked in with my daughter the owner Nina asked me to go put that up. As of my daughter was an item to be left in the car. Will never very my business again.
