This place is soooooooooo unprofessional. The girl that did my nails was very rude and uncommunicative. Has the nastiest attitude and doesn’t even help you pick anything up so your nails won’t get messed up. First and last time there. I would not recommend anyone going there unless you kind of broke and you just need something quick done. Worst service ever

This place is the definition of “you get what you pay for”. The owner Jenny is very rude and unprofessional. The workers aren’t the best at doing nails. The lady who did my pedicure made both of my big toes bleed. I literally came here because it was a cheaper price than what I’m used paying at other salons but I definitely learned my lesson. Sometimes it’s best to pay more for a better service. I will not be returning to this unprofessional, unhygienic, and understaffed place again

This place stays booked and busy. Excellent for the owner not for the impatient customer. They do great pedicures, which is mostly what I get done. Of course, that depends on who’s doing it. The owner is a nice older Asian woman who does an excellent job on your eyebrows. It can get very unorganized when it’s busy. The owner needs to set up a ticket machine to maintain some type of order. The Hispanic employees like talking about the customer’s in there native language & playing favorites on who they want to work on next. I recently noticed there prices have increased since the pandemic. Update: I will no longer be doing business at this establishment going forward. It seems Jenny (The owner) is only doing eyebrows if your getting your nails done. If you come in just for eyebrows she turns you away. She told me in a very nasty way. I can go next door they do eyebrows next door. I was shocked by her attitude. I’ve never had any issues with her. I’ll take my money elsewhere. She just lost a long time customer. I’ve been going to her before she moved to her current location. Smh!

I wish I could give no stars! Okay worst experience yet! Business should not be personal! Just because I couldn’t wait to do my pedicure Jenny refused to do my eyebrows. That’s the crazier thing I’ve ever heard of. Like I was a loyal customer for 5 years. Guess I gotta find a new place to do my eyebrows and my hands and feet.

This is a horrible place to go to. I went there at 10am and there wasn’t too much people. Jenny (owner) sat me down and had me dip my fingers in acetone to remove my gel nail polish. She told me once one of the girls were done, I was next. An hour and a half later (11:28am) she made someone else who came after me go to that girl. when I asked her why she did it, if I was next. She just said only a few more minutes. This whole experience was horrible! As the owner she should’ve been professional and organized. She didn’t show any sympathy and she told me I could leave. I wasn’t rude to her and I was actually very patient. This shows what horrible customer service she gives. My mom recommended this place and it was a horrible recommendation! Spend your money somewhere else!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe woman that is on the third seat on the right when you enter the nail salon is very nasty, unprofessional. She spends all the time on the phone instead of focusing on her work. For someone who is making minimum wage and rely on tips from customers I would expect her to be professional but level of education has a lot to do with someone’s behavior. She doesn’t know how to address customers in a civil way, she does a lousy job and is rough because she is too busy gossiping. The owner sees what’s going on but chooses to ignore it, she needs to open her eyes and get rid of that bad apple. The woman that is on the third seat on the right when you enter the nail salon is very nasty, unprofessional. She spends all the time on the phone instead of focusing on her work. For someone who is making minimum wage and rely on tips from customers I would expect her to be professional but level of education has a lot to do with someone’s behavior. My mom went there today and had the worst experience. She had a long wait and when the lady finally started my moms toes she cut it too deep , made her bleed and was doing a sloppy job on her toe. The woman that was working on her toes just kept chatting on her headphones and claimed she didnt speak english, so the manager came over and told my mother in a rude way if u dont like it then dont pay and she took her finger and swiped my mothers toe and messed up the nail polish, That is so disrespectful. I really dont know how they do business . My mom was so embarrassed. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.
