From the moment they opened up their business, I’ve been one of their regular customers. Whatever I asked, I’ve always got a better result towards the end. Out of all the nail shops that I’ve been to in the past 5 years, Nina’s nail & spa is by far the best one that I would recommend for customers to go to. I think they’ve changed ownership. When Nina, Stephanie, and Emma were there service was great. My nails always looked good and they were super sweet. I went last week and no one I knew was there. I had dip nails done like I have for the last year there. Within an hour one cracked. By 5 days later they were all cracked so I returned today to have them redone. She offered 10% off but I told her no and that I thought they should be nearly free as they usually last 3 weeks. She said ok. A gentleman redid them and then she argued with me that she marked $5 off and said she doesn’t do them like Nina did. I informed her that I WON’T be back. I’ve done nails for years and I know that improper application or bad dip was used. I also know that cracked nails allow water to harbor and grow fungus. What a terrible experience!

This was the best nail experience I have had. The staff was wonderful and David did an amazing job on my nails and Ruby did my mother’s and they were amazing. We are very happy with the results and will be coming back again. Please go and give this nail salon a try. The owner Nina is sweet and wonderful too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely! See you guys in 2 weeks!! Can’t wait!

I have been to this salon three times. In the beginning it was new and clean, but it looked liked some of their carpentry was not done by a professional. Unfinished work and holes in the walls. I was there on July 23 for a dip manicure and a pedicure. I will never go back. First thing I noticed on my second visit was that there were three children present. They were in and out of the service area. I love children. I have children, but this is not what I want to see and hear while I am having a pedicure and manicure. Their mother was performing my service on this particular day. This salon is also dirty. There were half used water bottles, beverage containers and trash all over. The front desk has their altar for worship. It contains fruit which is attracting flies. I respect their religion but this should not be an attraction for insects. My service on July 23rd w horrible. There were not enough employees present. I watched as one woman left and two others were waiting for over 30 minutes. My technician was rushed and it showed. Her station was dirty and she cut my finger on my left hand without apology. I am bleeding at the site and she just continues to do a rough and hasty job on my nails. Now I have to watch for an infection. I immediately used some hand sanitizer on my hands. My nails are still hurting and sensitive due to her filing. I am not pleased at all. The total came to $68.00. I paid plus a tip that wasn’t earned. It was very obvious that she was in a hurry. I didn’t complain or report my experience. I want the community to know this is not the place to go. It isn’t a relaxing experience and it is not clean or professional. Our area has multiple salons and have used them and I hope this will help customers decided on a better location.

Dip manicure lasts 3 weeks consistently on me. I’m really picky about my nails and i love them. Fairly priced, too! They recently started playing music in the store, which I think was the missing piece for a while. Kind of awkward if all you hear is the nail file in a salon lol. Five stars! Dip powder, Pedicure

it’s not bad but i had to wait for about 45 minutes for somebody to give me the book to pick my color. i had to ask 3 times for shorter and rounder nails since i have a 3 month old and my nails are still long and sharp. there’s not enough workers in here Acrylic nails

The guy with the long hair and nice tattoos does AMAZING PEDICURES!!! He is also very polite, the ladies try to pressure you too get upgrades lol but it’s very very clean inside.
