Very clean. Quiet and professional. At the time I visited ( around 12-1) not a heavy smell of nail polish. Nina was nice funny friend and professional. I was a walk in but Nina prefers appointments. Make your appointment and go see her today you won’t be disappointed.

The workers here are super sweet. They may not have the BEST skill in 2021 but nice customer service. I’m relatively new to the area and needed a new salon. I got my nails done back in August of 2020 by the guy at the salon. They didn’t do a great job to put it politely. At the time I had no idea but I was getting my nails done to be proposed to by my then, boyfriend that very weekend. When I showed my family my nails they INSISTED I went back and had my nails redone — that’s how bad they were. When I went back to chat with the owner she was understanding and give it another try to complete the look I asked for. After several attempts she admitted neither her nor the guy knew how to do the design I was asking and if they could instead make it simpler. I appreciated the honesty and was glad we could figure out a nice compromise. I haven’t returned since and began going back to my old salon a few cities over but would recommend this shop for their customer service and for simple or no design manicure and pedicures.

Mystic Diamond
Went in today for a pedicure. It was 90 degrees today and there was no air conditioning on, the pedicure chairs have no massage options. The man that did my nails put no base coat on, polish was streaky, and uneven. When a got home ,I decided to ask my sister if she could try and fix them with another layer of polish (color option was from my own Collection) as I’m pregnant and can’t bend over. She informed me that the man did not completely polish some nails, some we’re clipped uneven, and the polish wasn’t completely cleaned from the sides. Will not go back there again. I should have taken the hint as there were no customers and this Business sits very close to a major intersection.
