Critical: QualityFor starters i showed them an exact picture of what i wanted and they could do that. so they just made their own decision to paint my nails a solid color. then proceeded to ignore me when i tried to stop him to tell him he was doing it wrong. i then asked to go as short as he could and he didn’t listen and they were like 2in long it felt like. then i had to pay $50 for them to not even do what i wanted nor the correct color. Critical: QualityNo attention to detail. Cuticles look the same after as when I arrived. The paint job doesn’t reach the edges of my nails. My nails were filed differently not uniform shape. Critical: ValueWorst ever pedicure! No foot soak, only in the pocket book! 30 second rub with pumice stone. “Massage” was way too fast. Not relaxing AT ALL! Feet felt just as rough when finish as they did when I walked in. 15 minutes tops!Service: Pedicure

I went into niles nails today and was very upset when I lefted my nails are so hideous.I got a full set gel nails . And they are all different sizes .and I showed a picture of how I wanted it . 55 dollars later and my hands look like the binkiny bottom .and I told them I didn’t like them they say they can’t take them off or give me my money back only fix them I will never spend another dollar there and it’s time they get new owners or closed down .
