I have been going here since I moved to RVA 5 years ago. It’s always amazing when I get compliments on my eyebrows but she does an excellent job! Threading is SO MUCH better than waxing and is better for the skin. It also lasts longer.

I came to get my eyebrows dones since my eyebrow lady wasn’t here. And she had good reviews so I checked her out. And I just didn’t like the way she did my eyebrows cause she did them tooooo thin so I let her know and she started telling me “next time if you already have a technician just go with her I was like umm okay I was just saying I didn’t like them and she started going off and said next time I won’t do your eyebrows” as if I would come back specially how unprofessional she acted and she did and said all this in FRONT of a costumer worst service ever!

This was my first time trying threading and I will definitely be back. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you. Nilams was clean and professional. I know they say your eyebrows are sisters not twins but after leaving here they are definitely twinning! She kept them full and followed my natural shape. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
