Every time I call ahead to get an estimate of how busy it is the owner tells me “I’m not working today”. One time I decided to just walk in & because she was doing a relatives hair she told me I need to make an appointment because once again “she’s not working today”. Very unprofessional. The space should be given to a shop that will be open the times they state online & request appointment for certain services but not a simple wash & blow.

The pricing depends on her mood. Today a BASIC Wash and Blow dry = $55! She literally made that price up because last time it was a different price. The customer service is already poor, but when the product is basic, you are OVERCHARGED and then gaslit as difficult when you try to speak up for yourself, it’s unacceptable and very unprofessional. I RESPECTFULLY spoke to her about it (as a fairly frequent customer), AFTER paying it AND not requesting a refund. I just wanted to give her honest customer feedback (like we do in 2021) because I felt taken advantage of, but she got rude and defensive. Smh…Value your customers. People do have options.

Even tho she was the only one working she had everything under control and everyone out on time. She is accommodating and very sweet. Even tho she was the only one working she had everything under control and everyone out on time. She is accommodating and very sweet. Very friendly and helpful. My hair was a mess from over processing and heat damage so I needed a LOT of work done. Nicky was very helpful and even talked me out of cutting it very short. She took her time and after deep conditioning, blowing it out, and trimming it had me looking great and feeling much better in less than 2 hours. Will definitely be back!

Brought my daughter there for a color correction and they made sure she walked out happy. Overprocessed hair is a big task and they were cautious and genuinely concerned about not causing any further damage. Excellent blow dry with very reasonable price. It gets a bit crowded but it’s so worth the wait. I visit salons regularly but I’m sticking with this one. My hair hasn’t look better in a couple of years.
