Come to find out, you get the owner herself when you call, Margarita. My first visit I had her give me a full head of color and highlights, as well as a cut. It was, by far, the best haircut I have ever had. For five weeks I kept saying to myself, ‘this is a great cut’. I have since been back for a trim, and then last night for color, highlights, and a cut. I have short, fine, blonde hair and she added some copper, per her suggestion, and I LOVE it. I was a little hesitant when I first came to Niko’s because the phone number is a personal line, not the actual business line. Come to find out, you get the owner herself when you call, Margarita. My first visit I had her give me a full head of color and highlights, as well as a cut. It was, by far, the best haircut I have ever had. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this salon with my mom and my aunt last year and loved her services. So i decided to send my mom and my aunt again to get a haircut and got a good deal on groupon. My mom and aunt went there, she started her services and due to some issues my mom and aunt were getting late so my aunt decided to skip the haircut and blowdry. She still charged her 100$ which was a coupon of 70 , and when they came home i could not see any chnage in their hair. No highlights it just looked like they dyed their hair at home. So i called her and asked if you didnt even give her a haircut not even a blowdry then why did you charge her 100$ for just a shoulder length she started shouting and said her hair was really bad and they were getting late and shut the phone on me. So basically we paid 200$ for nothing but just for the dye ( that looks like they have done at home). I would never recommend anyone to go there because she will charge you more than it is decided. I went to this salon with my mom and my aunt last year and loved her services. So i decided to send my mom and my aunt again to get a haircut and got a good deal on groupon.
