Nikki did a great job. Clean. Only complaint is she charges for separate services., Like for the fill plus for the gel polish. And I did notice she does not have a massaging chair for pedicure, that’s one of the reasons I pay for a pedicure. But she very pleasant. And if I could afford her I would go back .

She explains the process (she answered all my crazy questions) and asks for your input on nail shape, length, color, etc. She is interested in a satisfied (and returning) customer. I wasn’t particularly happy with my choice of nail color but I would have waited until the next appointment to make a change. She insisted I walk away 100% satisfied so she added a splash of nail art. VOILA….now I’m 200% happy with the color and I will be getting nail art more often.
