I’ve been to this salon twice & both times I’ve had a great experience. My girlfriends referred me to Nikki’s and I’ve loved it. First time I came in for a full set of acrylics with Nikki and it lasted me a whole month with no lifting, chipping or anything. I recently went back for my refill on Black Friday and they were swamped! My girlfriends and I had an appointment and I ended up having to wait a little while which was no problem because Susan, my tech this time, was very apologetic and offered me a complimentary drink. Susan was very attentive to what I wanted and took her time with my cuticles, shape, and color. 100% would recommend Nikki’s to anybody.

Initially I thought my service was going to be great. The owner forgot that I checked in, my nails are bumpy, and each nail is a different shape. I did ask the tech to reshape my nails and she still could not get it right. Overall, I would not return! Service was overpriced and did not match the pricing online. No refreshments were offered, and all services that I was seeking was not provided.

Trying to figure out how I just paid $100 for this??? I’ve NEVER in my life paid $100 for nails alone. I was just there a couple of weeks ago, got my nails & my toes done & paid $108. I honestly thought I found a new nail salon, but after this……I won’t be returning. If I would have gotten the design I wanted, I would have paid almost $150 I don’t understand how I got the least done today & paid more than I have since I’ve been coming here (which has been since the grand opening).
