Critical: ProfessionalismI payed $143 just to be ignored and talked about amongst employees. When I politely ask for changes such as the lumps in my nails or the crooked nails I got a “Okay” and it was never resolved my crystals came off in some areas and my paint job wasn’t up to part. So never again.

So I went in again. After the second time my nails were rushed. She took my nails off with another nail! It was pulling my nails off. I have never had that before. It was hurting. But that’s besides the point. I asked about white nails with a design. I got it. But the shape is horridly done. I asked for square, and got something of a duck nail on a few of my nails. They’re uneven. The only nails that look great are the ones with designs. I had glue all over my fingers. And the filing was so rough, it’s still shavings hanging off my nails. I tried something new. And I’m just not happy. And to just charge $80? I’m just over it. I think I’ll be looking for another place.

After attempting to set up an appointment for an hour and a half by phone and only getting a busy signal the entire time, I FINALLY got through (after I sent a FB message). When my friend and I visited I expressed my concern and was told “sometimes we forget to hang up the phone.” It was courteous of them to offer a beverage and be on schedule. HOWEVER, make sure you inspect your nails (toes /hands) before leaving! My Tech missed painting an ENTIRE toenail and cut a nail so short I started bleeding!

Please don’t waste your time, the lady was nice yes but my nails was rushed and mind you I was the first person in the building. Two nails popped off literally 10hrs after. I called and told them the boss said I could come back. Had to work the next day so I told her I’d be back the day after making it the 3rd day. Got there explain that I called etc they wanted to charge me and got upset because I said it’s not right. The lady then said it’ll be for free. Now when she said this the lady who was fixing my nails got an attitude and started asking if I did hard work as to why it came off. Either way I thanked them for fixing there mistakes and they flat out ignored me. Oh but the best part of it is immediately as I got home three more nails popped I was definitely not going back to the hostile environment. Just take heed when going there the way these nails popping I’m guessing they use mma products

So they took away the menu with all the options for pedicures. So now a pedicure is like $40. At my recent visit the tech stood at the counter while I was paying to make sure I put a tip.

Came in with my daughter. My technician was amazing did everything great . But the technician who did my daughter’s nails was rude rushing and keept looking away while doing her nails . She cut my daughter several times and her nails look like the are bumpy and uneven . Also she did the wrong shape. My daughter is not a confrontational person but the lady made her cry .

First off let me say this place is a rip off. I paid $97.00 dollars on gel pedicure and manicure. They bully you into getting gel even after you keep saying regular. I went home my nails ate so thick and two if the gel nails peeled off on the side day two. If that doesn’t make things bad. I am leaving to work and look down my gel entire toenail polish came off. The quality of that gel is horrible. Why do we keep spending money with them. I am exhausted with the loud talking from staff. I go to a nail spa to relax not to hear so much noise you feel like you are at a concert. PLEASE STOP GOING TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. THE DON’T RESPECT US OR THE MONEY WE WORK HARD FOR!!!

This was thee most horrible experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It was busy and I was ok with waiting, but I was not happy when it was finally my turn, the nail artist rushed through my pedicure. My toenails were crooked and I asked her several times to fix it and she just couldn’t get it together so I had to file MY OWN TOES!! The polish was lumpy and regardless of how many times I tried to correct her, she just wasn’t listening. The original nail design I wanted had to be changed because if she couldn’t do a simple pedicure, she def couldn’t get my nails right. So I picked something simple and it was HORRIBLE!. My nails were crooked, the polish was lumpy and my French tips were crooked! Amy was nice but she should not be allowed to do anyone’s nails EVER!! I paid $100, left a tip and expressed how unhappy I was about my experience. The manager agreed that they looked terrible, mentioned that I was the 5th person that Amy had messed up and asked when I could come back to get my nails redone.
