Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called and made a same day appointment for my niece and I to get pedicures. A few hours later at our appointment we arrived and there were three employees working and they asked us to take a seat for a moment, totally understandable. Twenty minutes later we finally got to our seats to soak our feet. Shortly after they started on my niece which was fine I could wait. She was done and they still hadn’t started mine…and still hadn’t said a word to me. This was now well over an hour since our appointment time. When they finally started mine they stopped twice during to help walkins. I understand not wanting to lose business but after having waited so long I was irritated. They didn’t scrub one foot at all, one toe didn’t get filed and already chipping. I called and made a same day appointment for my niece and I to get pedicures. A few hours later at our appointment we arrived and there were three employees working and they asked us to take a seat for a moment, totally understandable. Critical: Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE! Went in for a dip manicure. I get my nails down monthly and just wanted to try somewhere new. The nail tech was very rough and nicked my fingers multiple times. My nails were all different shapes when he was done. There was shellac painted on top of the dip? I’ve been getting dip nails done for years now and I have never had that done. My nails chipped within TWO days. The sides of the nails also started to peel up (where your hair gets stuck underneath). I called to let them know I was dissatisfied with my manicure. The nail tech said I could come in and get it fixed. I declined due to my cuts from my manicure were still healing from two days prior. He made a comment that I was only cut once, which was totally incorrect as he wasn’t even able to dip one of my fingers during the manicure since it actively bleeding. DO NOT GO HERE! Went in for a dip manicure. I get my nails down monthly and just wanted to try somewhere new. The nail tech was very rough and nicked my fingers multiple times.
