This is the most low budget nail salon I’ve ever been to. They don’t have towels they use paper towels. They don’t have dryers they use fans and heaters. The water for my pedicure was almost cold. They didn’t let my feet soak for more than two minutes before they started. They hardly scrubbed or removed dead skin from feet. No lotion nothing. But they charged only $20 for my pedicure with gel polish and $5 for each of my 4yr olds to get a nail polish. So I guess you get what you pay for. I’d bring my girls back but I’d rather pay for better service for my pedicure.

I don’t recommend this place. As you can see in the photo my nails were perfectly fine. Once they removed the gel by cutting my nail cutting my nails and scraping it off that is why my nails look so bad. Also I found the workers very rude and they told me the wait was only gonna be ten minutes but, it turned out to be thirty minutes and for this crappy job. The place was also dirty and smelled like gas. For now on I’m gonna go to my normal nail salon. So if you want a good job don’t go there please don’t waste your money.

The worse customer service I’ve seen in my 30 years on this earth ! They did not greet me I was ignored as I sat in a seat waiting to get my eye lashes done ! The ladies working there just walked back and forth speaking in their own language, laughing and again TOTALLY IGNORING ME ! Even after I asked why I was still waiting to be helped I continued to be ignored . ! It was a total embarrassment to all nail salons the way these women conducted business ! I would NEVER GO BACK TO “NIKKI NAIL SALON” LET ALONE RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE . ! PATHETIC, RUDE, IGNORANT STAFF! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE OWNER AND/ OR ANYONE WORKING TODAY(4-9-22) ! IF THEY WERE TREATED IN SUCH MANNER THEY WOULD BE HIGHLY UPSET ! NOT TO MENTION THE TIME I JUST WASTED ! HORRIBLE!!
