Thierry has been my hair specialist for many years and I can’t thank him enough for cutting my hair so perfectly and advising me so well on my color. I also had the chance to be the customer of almost all other hairdressers in the salon; they are all very qualified, extremely professional and super nice. The 2 manicurists also offer a perfect service, and Daisy who provides the shampoos is adorable and offers great sculpt massages! Not to forget, the prices are very reasonable for such a quality of service. Finally, Nathalie, the owner, is the perfect hostess and can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and pampered. Where do I even begin? The service here did not meet my expectations for the price of $40.00. First when they washed my hair the chair was not raised high enough for the sink so my neck was uncomfortable. The woman who washed my hair kept letting water spill on my face. When she was done washing my hair there was still soap on the back of my neck and ears. During the haircut Valerie coughed on my head. After the haircut she didn’t brush the hair off my face or my neck. The haircut wasn’t even that great. Just average.

I was greeted in the front by 2 men with an unfriendly “what can I do for you”. Tried to explain him that I wanted my ends trimmed, which was challenging since he understood very little english (french guy). Got my hair washed and he then cut the hair in a simple straight line and proceeded to dry it without correcting or double checking. The ends are thick and don’t look right and it is not straight. They charged me 61$ and expected a tip for no communication, no service, and a poor job on the haircut. Never again.

Went for the first time and got quite a chop! Its easy to mess something like a pick cut up and I’m very happy with it. Overall service was also amazing, a little pricy but I don’t normally go to fancy salons so I’m not an expert on that.
