She was skilled, quick, and my hair looks great. My husband has used them a few times and they did a great job. All around great experience.Service: Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityConfused on where all the positive reviews come from. I went here for the first time to get a simple haircut because the barber I typically go to wasn’t going to be available for a while. The moment I sat in the chair the lady was just assuming what kind of haircut I was going to get. I tried correcting her several times but she didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. She ended up cutting my hair too short and practically gave me a buzz cut even though I wanted to keep my hair long on top. It wasn’t even a good short haircut she blended the sides horribly and most of the ends of my hair were uneven that I had to cut some of it myself at home. Confused on where all the positive reviews come from. I went here for the first time to get a simple haircut because the barber I typically go to wasn’t going to be available for a while. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have been searching for a hair stylist since I have come to Rowlett. I have lived in Georgia using the same hair stylist for almost 30 years. I was super nervous trying someone new. Nina made me feel right at home and did a great job on my highlights/ lowlights plus a cute haircut. I plan to use her again!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wouldn’t even give 1 star. This is my second horrible experience with this salon. I have always called ahead of time (like a week before) to schedule an appointment. I was specific about what I needed, and I was specific with them about what I needed. I needed color and hair cut with style. I go on the day of my appointment. They started with wash and cut my hair. I thought they probably would cut my hair short before the color. I asked if they were doing color afterwards? They were in shock and started making many reasons not to do color. This was my primary need at the salon. The ladies at the salon m started saying this doesn’t look that bad. At last they agreed and finally said I can not do the color at this point. They initially were dishonest that I never asked for coloring. I was furious because they were making me out to be a liar.I have experienced the same treatment before, but I gave them another chance. This is the last time I am going there. They don’t respect the customer at all and are repeatedly doing the same thing. This is my second time I have step into another salon soon after this place to finish my hair. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND and will NEVER be GO back. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
