Visited Dr. Nigro with my 9 month old daughter this morning and it was a great experience. There wasn’t any waiting around, the appointment went quick and smoothly, he answered all of my questions, and even has an in house pharmacy! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a prescription! 10/10!

I had a nice visit at Nigro Dermatology for a routine screening. It’s a nice office with friendly staff. My only gripe is that after they moved me from the waiting area to the private room, I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. That’s a long time to be sitting around in a sterile room without any comfortable furniture, much less someone to check in on you. It was also a 9:30am appointment, so to be backed up that far that early I’m the morning tells me they have a scheduling problem. Nigro could consider seeing fewer patients so that the wait time wouldn’t be so long, or just let the patients know they are 30-45 minutes behind schedule and that they’d like them to wait in the waiting area where we’d be more comfortable until 5-10 minutes before the doctor is ready. I know the doctors are busy, but if someone could pay more attention to patient comfort and their busy schedules, it would lead to a more enjoyable experience. Thank you.

I really love Dr Spedale and the folks at Nigro Dermatology. They see you pretty fast and Doctor Spedale is very thorough when she’s in the room with me. She is very knowledgeable for medical skin care issues and very talented with cosmetic issues. She gets a five! However, I give them an overall score of four because of one issue: the telephone system. It is very difficult to reach them on the main number and response, if responded to, are typically many days later. Typically, I’ll just go in and ask questions because the phone service is so haphazard. They are great at reminders relating to appointments. Not a major problem, but it is inconvenient to have to do that. Otherwise they’re great and I will continue to go there!
