Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible service getting my acrylic nails done. The lady who did my nails was working on two customers at once. I’ve gotten my nails done previously too at other places and my experience has always been good. They take their time, work one on one unlike the people here. They were rushing the entire process, i was done in 15 minutes which is why the process was terrible. I got hurt too. The lady didn’t even cut my nails. At other places they take a good 30-45 mins on one customer ensuring proper procedure and techniques. The lady was buffering my nails so carelessly and so fast that she ended up hurting me. My entire nail an the areas beside it have swollen now and they hurt bad. Thankfully, it didn’t bleed. Just to let you all know if it had bled, I was at the risk of an infection. Now coming to the actual deal, she didn’t cut my nails, she didn’t buffer them using that machine properly, she just ran it over all my nails for a microsecond. She cut the acrylic nails so fast that all my nails are of different lengths now. The nails were stuck so quickly that they are not even in the right place, the sides were coming off. All of my nails have different looks because the nail polish was applied so carelessly, some have thicker lines, on some nails the blue paint is coming ending below the white. In some nails, the white color beneath the blue is visible. The center point of all the nails is incorrect. I had a groupon coupon for $20 but I was charged extra $10 because I wanted a french tip. She said in that coupon you only get a full solid color on all your nails. So if I’d gotten a full blue shade on all my nails, I wouldn’t have had to pay extra. But now that I’m using way less than full solid color on all my nails, I’m charged extra. What logic is this? If you want less color, pay more. If you want full color, don’t pay extra. Absolutely disgusting experience. They did not even issue me a refund. Do not come here.Also: THE NAIL LADY WAS ON CALL HALF OF THE TIME WHILE DOING NAILS RECKLESSLY SWITCHING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. Positive: Punctuality, QualityI had a not super awesome experience here last year but this visit was incredible. I had a full set of acrylics done (including my old ones removed.) From entrance to paying I was in for 2.5 hours which is better than the three it usually takes (although I have no problem waiting on good work!) I’ve been getting my nails done ,dip or acrylic, every 2 weeks for the past 8 months. Van did my nails and did a gorgeous job. She was super friendly and sweet. Very talented too. I brought in a special design I wanted done and she executed it beautifully. At the end I got lotioned and a hot wax treatment. Was so nice. Nail arts beautiful, shape is perfect. From entrance to paying I was in for 2.5 hours which is better than the three it usually takes (although I have no problem waiting on good work!) Both customers and the Owner of all people were very rude and judgmental to start with. So to be the better person I ignored any and all snide ignorant comments and insults. There were several employees who weren’t doing anything at all, while the owner of the place was overseeing 3 to 4 people. The quality of work was rushed and poor. Most of the nails are crooked and dirty and will have to be redone by a real professional. My 10 year old has done a better job than this place. I’m 7 months pregnant and the only thing I wanted was a reprieve from a difficult life and what I got was an experience that left me more stressed and $50 broker. I will be telling people about this place, but it will not be as a recommendation.
