Beautiful facility and very kind. Only issue is I came in with a wedding party and they screwed up my appointment. I filled out all the required paperwork the night before.came in only to find out I didn’t have an appointment with the other girls. I felt rushed through the process and originally wanted acrylic nails but settled for just painted and this is what I got. The lady was very kind and I appreciate her trying to fit me in but I feel like the communication and lack of staff could be improved

Staff was very friendly no complaints there. Massage was very good,however I was less impressed by the job done on my nails. I did not realize how bad it was until seeing it in brighter light when I got home. Manicure polish was streaked and spotty and several toenails have globs where the polish was too dry going on.

Booked an appointment with Sharon for a wash and cut but when we got there, sharon had it as a wash and style! We wanted a cut not a style! The option was straightened or curled for the style! The curls were with a curling iron with a clamp! Let’s just say, the style was not from this generation but the 90’s! Couldn’t get a cut because all she kept saying was I don’t have enough time! Couldn’t get an updo because, again, she didn’t have enough time! The other thing I had booked was for her to do the makeup! Yes again 90’s generation makeup on a 21 year old! No contouring because she said she doesn’t know anything about contouring! 90’s eyeliner style and even the eyebrow style was 90’s! Spent $114.00 on everything that we could of just done at home! I styled my daughters hair and my daughter fixed her makeup! For a place that has been open for 4 years, you would think when you have a 21 year old, you would do this generations style!

Wow, I went to have my hair done, but felt like I had a mini spa day! It’s all about the experience you have and the ladies there made me feel like a queen. Of course they carry a full line of Aveda products so I was confident in the products they used! Right down to the Aveda tea they served me while I waited for my dye to set. What a stress releaser! Go, relax, enjoy the experience!
