Critical: QualityWent in about 2 months ago, asked to get dip powder done on my nails. I was told neither of the nail techs that were free could do it..? Even though I’ve gone to this same place and had them done there before. Service at this place is eh. Very rude staff and they say next to nothing. Don’t try to have any conversation and don’t try to make you feel welcome. It’s more like hurry up and get you out. Getting my nails done use to be a nice relaxing time for me until the day I tried to get them done at Happy nails and was told they couldn’t do it. Hence why I bought my own Dip Powder products and do them at home on my own. I do a better job anyway. Went in about 2 months ago, asked to get dip powder done on my nails. I was told neither of the nail techs that were free could do it..? Even though I’ve gone to this same place and had them done there before. Service at this place is eh. Very rude staff and they say next to nothing. They took us all separately and 5 of the girls were done wayyy before I was even close to done, and thats with the reservation. Also a few of my girls complained that their nail person wasn’t kind, and the lady I had didn’t even give me the right colors. I know I could have said something about that but I’m just not a pushy person. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back. I had made a reservation for 6 people, we were there on time. They took us all separately and 5 of the girls were done wayyy before I was even close to done, and thats with the reservation. Also a few of my girls complained that their nail person wasn’t kind, and the lady I had didn’t even give me the right colors. I know I could have said something about that but I’m just not a pushy person. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back. The pedicure was the only decent thing.

Well, the staff were very rude, calling these very well behaved teenage girls, spoiled and privileged because they were there getting their nails done. Then they charge $37 for a very sloppy nail job(if a picture can be posted it will be attached), and told them they couldn’t even do simple designs for them. Im not sure if they behaved so rude and unprofessional because they didn’t have an adult right there with them, but regardless im very disgusted in the professionalism of the women working. My daughter and 2 friends went to get their nails done here on Saturday August 29th. Well, the staff were very rude, calling these very well behaved teenage girls, spoiled and privileged because they were there getting their nails done. I didn’t get the full treatment that I should’ve because he kept leaving me to argue with another person. I won’t go there again. Another customer left during her nail procedure too!! I didn’t get the full treatment that I should’ve because he kept leaving me to argue with another person. I won’t go there again. Another customer left during her nail procedure too!!
