Critical: ValueCompletely disappointed. Called to make an appointment for an acrylic fill with gel polish. Got there at 3, left at 4:57??!!!! 2 hours? First, no one acted like they could do an acrylic fill. Then, they have this old man service me. He starts hand filing my gel off. Then he very sloppily files ALL OF MY OLD ACRYLIC OFF??? Like he filed half of every nail off? He mounded so much acrylic on while filling, pieces where flying everywhere when he had to shave down?? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And I have been a loyal customer of La Boutique Nails in Pawtucket, but recently moved and needed someone closer. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been coming to this place for years and I think it is one of the best places to go in Rhode Island for manicures and pedicures. The customer service is above all I have came in contact with in Rhode Island. The only downfall about this location is the lack of creativity. I will show a design and they never seem to know how to do it nor do they try. They’re specialty is sort of a “plain jane” kind of look. They are clean and finishes nails in a timely matter. My nails lasted about a month or so my first set. So that says a lot for their quality.
