Do yourself a favor and visit Niffany Braiding Salon! I had an initial consultation with Niffany where we discussed several styling options. I sent over many looks for inspiration and she gave many recommendations for my braiding style as well as ideas for color. Niffany went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and that I was satisfied with my style choice, and she did not disappoint! When I saw the final look of my knotless braids I was immediately impressed. I’ve had my knotless braids in for almost two months and I still receive compliments. Thank you Niffany, I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Critical: ProfessionalismNo respect for a customer choice of style.I went to the hair salon with the picture to show exactly what I want. While braiding my hair, I told her that I want my hair to be separated at the center not on the side and she said “you didn’t tell me so I am not gonna do that. I can’t fix” but that was already in the picture that I showed to her. Even if I didn’t tell her, she has to ask what I want instead of guessing. That is not professional. And that’s very rude to force me to have a style that I don’t want like a child. I was forced to have a style that I don’t want.
