Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been there many times and it seems the quality has declined especially after covid. Not sure what happened to the one person I liked but the last two times I went in the people working there were horrible. The first was a man who I felt was extra rough and the last time was a lady who was also very rough and they both were in to much of a hurry. They also use the huge metal grater looking tool and the lady actually took out a chunk off the underside of my toe causing it to bleed and be sore for a week. That was the final thing that made me decide to never go back there. I tried a different salon the next visit and it was better but I still felt the paint job was lacking. Tried another today and it was great. Too bad Nico’s allowed their service to get so bad because I live in Santa Fe and would have preferred to support a Santa Fe business.I’ve been there many times and it seems the quality has declined especially after covid. Not sure what happened to the one person I liked but the last two times I went in the people working there were horrible. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCleanest nail salon in the area! Love the fall colors they have out. Staff is friendly and services were great. My best friend had her bridal shower here and they did a great job getting us all taken care of!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityPedicurist are rushed through so they can get to the next client. They try to push this cheap shellac Polish. I never get it it will just peel off within a couple of days absolutely not what shellac is not supposed to do. Mary Is the best technician.Service: Pedicure

Well I’ve given almost every technician an opportunity to do their job right always to my disappointment. The nails always come out different lengths and shapes, then they try to recover what they’ve messed up only to make it even worse. If that’s not enough they charged my card twice and won’t acknowledge it and give me my money back! I’ve been here several times and the results are always the same…… TERRIBLE! You may ask why would you keep coming back? Well I’ve given almost every technician an opportunity to do their job right always to my disappointment. The nails always come out different lengths and shapes, then they try to recover what they’ve messed up only to make it even worse. If that’s not enough they charged my card twice and won’t acknowledge it and give me my money back! Zero stars for this place!!!!!!!
