When I tell you guys this is the best salon to go to when you want good service, welcoming, and a great final look… Jen had not only stayed late for me but she helped me with directions and was so patient. She closes around 6 but took me in, no problem. So sweet! Every time I go to get my eyebrows threaded elsewhere, they hurt me, they don’t look nearly as what I had asked for, and sometimes, I even have to fix them up at home. Jen was sooooo gentle. She didn’t hurt me not once and we talked the whole time like we were best friends. I told her how I normally shape my brows and etc and she did just that and above! She took her time and was not letting me leave until my eyebrows looked perfect! I love that! And let me just say, my eyebrows have been the best they have ever been. Jen cares a lot about her business and her clients. When I was leaving, she had gave me a hug and told me please come back. I will!! Because of her staying late for me, taking her time, making me feel like family, etc, I’d trust her to do anything on me. 🙂
