I recently moved to the area and booked an appointment with Nikki. She did exactly what I wanted and double and triple checked with me along the way to make sure we were on the same page. I was wanting to soften up the blonde from a previous color correction and make the grow out look more natural. I have included before and after pictures in my review. Hello, I had called around to several salons asking is there someone within your group that can look at the bone structure of someone and give them a haircut that flatters their face. Then I came across Nicole’s and I called there and they said almost every chair in their salon was able to do that so I made an appointment. The person I had my appointment with was Janie Johnson Tama and she took one look at me and I explained what she was thinking about and I said I would leave it in her hand. She went ahead and started her work, and when she was finished she handed me a mirror and turn me around slowly so I can see all sides. It is fantastic this lady worked a miracle and it is a fantastic job she was courteous and my appointments will be with her from now on. Thank you Janie!

When I called to set appointment I said I needed balyage and a cut, waited a month for appointment cause she said everyone was completely booked. Showed stylist pics of exact color & cut wanted. She than told me she doesn’t know how to do balyage which is what I asked for when setting appointment. She than did a highlight which looks exactly like what I already had when I walked in & cut is the complete opposite of pic, not even close. Cried the whole way home cause I am out $300 for hair & babysitter for 3hrs of my time. Think what happened is she was the independent stylist who happened to answer the phone & set me an appointment with her knowing she couldn’t do what I was asking for but hoped to find a substitute to make money instead of referring me to a stylist who could do exactly what I asked for. Do your research so you can give an exact name of who you want & don’t necessarily believe the person answering the phone & waste a fortune.

Highly recommend. Jodi is amazing!! I called on friday after work and she got me an my daughter in the next morning for cuts. My hair is super thick an i do not let just anyone cut it but she gave me exactly what i wanted, after 2 other places attempted. Great conversation, awesome atmosphere an great pricing.
