Critical: ProfessionalismI went to Tyler for almost a year. He is very talented but very rude and unprofessional. I have had many instances of him treating me rudely. He will get very frustrated with you quickly, and can say hurtful things. I missed an appointment with him after having a very busy and hard week, I had lost both of my grandparents, and he called me rude and “so irresponsible” and told me he would not take me anymore as a client. I understand not wanting to take me as a client again, but degrading me as a person was beyond rude and now I would not recommend this salon or him. I went to Tyler for almost a year. He is very talented but very rude and unprofessional. I have had many instances of him treating me rudely. He will get very frustrated with you quickly, and can say hurtful things. I missed an appointment with him after having a very busy and hard week, I had lost both of my grandparents, and he called me rude and “so irresponsible” and told me he would not take me anymore as a client. Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner was rude to me the second I walked in when I asked her a question about the gel samples. The guy who gave me a fill was nice but my nails ended up being uneven and chunky. I paid and even left the guy a tip even though I was dissatisfied. I sat in the car and observed my nails and realized that I shouldn’t of paid 40 dollars for this and I went in and told them I was dissatisfied. The lady yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon and said “He did a good job!!” They fixed the one nail that was unbelievably chunky but the rest is just not good. The owner was rude to me the second I walked in when I asked her a question about the gel samples. The guy who gave me a fill was nice but my nails ended up being uneven and chunky. I paid and even left the guy a tip even though I was dissatisfied. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went a few days ago. They were very clean and friendly. I went in as a walk in and they were able to take me right away. I got a dip manicure and it looks amazing.
