Old run down that smells like it had rodents in it. Nice guy but the beds half of them don’t work the floor is a mess idk it ain’t for me. Sorry to give a bad review I don’t usually do this. Still soaked and cold.The chick gave me the 5 quarters back for the first time, the second time the machine ate them, she told me to move the dryer. So now I lost money.Also, numerous items stained from using their equipment.I’ve come here to tan for years, hence why coming here to give them business. Critical: ProfessionalismI now have a total of 7 times I have went to tan and the place isn’t even open. When I speak to the girls at the desk and ask to talk to the manager I am told I can take your number and she will call you. I have yet to receive a call from Nicole. The times I have went to tan range between 5:45 and 8:30 and it has been closed. It is posted they take the last tan at 9p. The young girls at the desk have given me excuses that someone was sick and had to leave early or they just don’t know. I was also told that the manager is on vacation so she won’t call me till next week. Today I went at 5:30 and it was closed! What!! I have always enjoyed tanning at Nicole’s. Brooke and Deb are 5-star employees. I give it 4 stars because the laundromat is kinda pricey for not the best wash and the beds themselves need new bulbs. For me personally, I only want to use a tanning bed a few times a year. I wouldn’t achieve a lasting effect even on their best bed like I have elsewhere. The airbrush tans I’ve received there are amazing! And I like to eat McMoo’s ice cream in the stand up bed.

Went to use washing machine and it was covered in fur on the inside. It was kinda gross that it wasn’t wiped out. Saw the worker cleaning lint catchers in dryers and they are disgusting. She didn’t even clean the lint out all the way. The one dryer lint catchers was practically non existent, as screening was mostly missing. Washing machines are overpriced, and charge you more for different cycles. Dryers are old and gross, need a good cleaning and servicing.

Been a loyal customer with laundry despite their inability to fix their broken machines because they are friendly and it’s quiet. But we started using their laundry service. 1st time was ok…but the last time we used it numerous articles of clothing are completely ruined. The stains were completely obvious and no way you could not notice them when folding. Missing clothing. Kind of ridiculous when you’re paying someone to do a service. I tried rectifying but get no return call from “management”. Definitely taking our business elsewhere.

Used to be a regular there up until an incident yesterday involving one of the staff members (Missy, one of the employees told me later) acted like a rude, unprofessional ***** beyond excuse. When I asked if she was the manager, she told me she was and kept shouting “do you want me to call the cops on you now?” I had a chat with one of the employees who contacted the owner, and allegedly this employee is going to get a “conversation,” but truthfully I’m probably not coming back unless she’s terminated, since I suspect this is a repeat thing for her judging by the other reviews mentioning rude employees when she’s the only problem one I’ve met.

Have been using the place any time our washer or dryer breaks down without any trouble inspite of the number of machines breaking down. This last visit I had only dollar coins that our vending machine gives back at work and asked the staff there if she could give me 4 quarters for the coin. She said her cash register would not take dollar coins so I was faced with driving to nearest ATM to get cash or going to Valley Laundry, a block a way to do the drying. I when to Valley without any trouble.
