Critical: ProfessionalismPrivately sent the owner a message describing my disappointment that my stylist made me wait for my haircut because the client behind me showed up late and she decided to work on her while I waited awkwardly by the sink to be rinsed. The stylist decided to make me pay the price for another person showing up late and completely disregarded my time and my scheduling so she can salvage her schedule. I spent 2 hours at this salon for a process that should not have taken that long. The stylist just kept telling her assistant to let me sit with the glaze on my head for longer and longer while she put foils on the client that showed up late. She went from telling her assistant that a glaze sits for 10 minutes to dropping that time frame out the window when her other client showed up late. 30 minutes went by and it was only rinsed off after I demanded it be rinsed off my head. I have had the same service at other salons I know how long the process takes.I told the owner that her security footage would confirm my version of events as often times employees like to give a different version of events to absentee owners. Ultimately, I got zero response from the owner from a private message for a concern that I believed should be addressed privately with her employees. Privately sent the owner a message describing my disappointment that my stylist made me wait for my haircut because the client behind me showed up late and she decided to work on her while I waited awkwardly by the sink to be rinsed. The stylist decided to make me pay the price for another person showing up late and completely disregarded my time and my scheduling so she can salvage her schedule. Critical: ValueI had bayalage done to my hair and the color and style came out great at the time. After one wash with color treated shampoo my hair turned bright orange. I panicked and had my aunt tone the color down and now all of the highlights have darkened to where you can’t see them. I contacted the stylist exactly one week to see if there was anything they can do and she stated they cannot due to me having someone else touching my hair. I understand that is the salons policy, but I spent $425 dollars and was hoping they would make an exception and try to help me fix my hair. I’m a new mom and was looking to get a new fresh look and now I feel like I spent an arm and leg for absolutely nothing. I panicked and had my aunt tone the color down and now all of the highlights have darkened to where you can’t see them. I contacted the stylist exactly one week to see if there was anything they can do and she stated they cannot due to me having someone else touching my hair.
