I was searching for a MUA for my wife & I anniversary party when I came across Nicole. I booked her for my daughter’s Sweet 16 . Nicole goes over & beyond customer service. Nicole made sure my daughter was comfortable. She listened & advised to our concerns about her skin. Nicole’s eye for perfecting the color tones & perfecting imperfections is definitely flawless. I am in awe with how she naturally enhanced my daughter’s features. I honestly can’t wait until it’s “OUR” time to shine!! Thank you Nicole!!!!

This was my first visit to the salon for a manicure and pedicure. They have a separate room for nails which is very nice! Both turned out beautiful! Emma does a great job, give her a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I went into the salon with blonde hair and white roots and asked for all over blonde with highlights. Also I wanted foil streaks and just a trim. My hair turned out all white with no streaks from the foil. I had told her about our camper in Indiana earlier and she used that info while paying, to say I wanted white hair to have low upkeep at the camper. Not true. I paid $143 for white hair. When I had my hair color “changed to blonde”, it turned out red with white roots.and I paid about $60 for another hair color mistake. This was a Mother’s Day gift What a waste of money.

Another great experience ! First time I went to see Lorena & she was WONDERFUL! She wasn’t available this week, so I booked with Carla and am so happy with my results! I love a salon where the stylists work as a team and I can get the same amazing service regardless who I am with. Lorena & Carla are both amazing stylists, great company & very professional. The salon is in a great location , very nice inside & comfortable. Prices are totally worth the results of feeling beautiful! Can’t wait for my next trip ! 🙂 highly recommend !!

I love my new haircut. This was my first visit and I am definitely going to be coming back. I was greeted by Colleen and she asked me what I would like in terms of haircut, she listened to me patiently and gave a brief idea of what her plan is. And tadaaa at the end of the session i had a new look for which i got tremendous amount of compliments at work too. During the whole process for the haircut we had a real good conversation too.

I waited for 20 minutes for someone to walk up to me and say we aren’t talking walk in. But they have a sign in their door that says walk ins welcome. Very rude of them just ignoring clients and them having conversations. It was 3 other clients who were also waiting. They were also waiting for a long peroxide of time before me. So never coming back I give 0 for rudeness and disrespect.

I am so impressed with this salon! I was super nervous about finding a new stylist outside Chicago, but I went to Allison, and she gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had. She knew what to do with long hair and listened carefully to what I wanted before getting started. I’m very particular and impatient when it comes to my hair. Allison is an amazing stylist. I highly recommend her.
