Critical: QualityDon’t do it girl.I did it, and the only hair remaining wasn’t highlighted by Nicole. Unfortunately for me I opted for full highlights, so I lost about 60% of my hair. The photos speak for themselves.Nicole let me leave her salon knowing my hair would continue to break off and fails to take responsibility for what she has done. For me that’s the worst part. Human error occurs, but it’s how we use the opportunity to make things right that counts.Nicole uses inferior products, takes shortcuts and thinks everyone wants her “signature faux balayage,” even when they ask for something else. It’s just sloppy highlights with a root shadow. Its not natural or beautiful. I can’t speak of her hair cutting skills, because again I’ve had astronomical amounts of breakage. What was cut and what broke are a mystery to me.I hope you find someone skilled, attentive, and careful to do your hair. Someone who will handle things appropriately if they make a huge mistake. I’m indecisive about my hair, so I’ll often message Nicole and ask her what I should do — I trust her so much that I often let her do “whatever” when I go for a new cut and color. She’s constantly learning new techniques and is on top of trends. She’s also a perfectionist!I recommend Nicole to all of my friends out here now because she’s truly THE BEST. The salon is beautiful and relaxing.
