I have bought a few of those short clearance wigs and each time they came up as $15. Today I buy one and when the Asian lady rang it up it all of a sudden $20. Mind you I just bought one a week or 2 ago. Every wig I ever bought came from this place, not to mention all the other stuff. I spent good money over these passed 6 years in this area and never again will they get a dime out of me. How do you profile and miss treat your main demographics of customers?( Black people)

I decided to pay this place a visit since I was on that side of town. This last visit was my last visit. I’ve tried not to frequent these type of establishments anymore. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen as a whole. The Asian Cashier that’s around 40 has the most miserable, loathsome look on her face. They don’t greet you when you come in. They are dismal. They hire Black people but make no mistakes they are racist. The air is thick with their careless, dismal attitudes. I will never step a foot in their business again. We have to stop supporting these businesses that come into Black Communities and don’t know how to show respect.

I asked for the last available wig and it was already taken out of the package on the mannequin so I expected a discount seems how it’s been opened and they charged me full price I paid due to not having time to go somewhere else but I will not be coming back here. Then it was just thrown back in the bag no net or anything

I called at 4:40pm to ask if they had a product in stock I spoke to Sydney and she reassured me that the product was in fact in stock. She said she would set them aside for me, before hanging up I ask what time they closed and Sydney told me at 6pm. i told her I would be in before they closed. I got there at 5:50 and they were closing the gate and denied me service I had to beg them to let me in. they finally let me in when I told them I called and the woman inside said we close in 5 minutes I was confused because I was told 6 o’clock over the phone not only that but she had an attitude the entire time while ringing me up i spent $60 dollars this time because I NEEDED my hair done but if I had the option i wouldn’t have spent anything because of how they made me feel

Staff is very rude. Some guy with no uniform or nametag and dirty clothes stands at the door with a black metal baton which is really odd, uncomfortable and cheap.

I’m not happy with my experience today at the store.I came into store with my small backpack purse and 30 seconds in I was told to place my purse behind the counter ..This is not okay .. if I am. Or acting suspect please don’t accuse .. I am very offended as I have shopped this location since they opened . I have also taken cards from the store to recommend the great customer service and help from staff which are I’m assuming the Asian owner daughter and mother along with African American man who is always doing stock and very friendly .Your two employees which are two African American young girls have given awful customer service on three occasions I have been I. Store . You are followed and not asked if if you any help . They just watch you . I am a store manager in a high end store and I am very aware of loss prevention and the proper steps to take to rid a thief.. I will never shop this store again. And I really loved the staff and product and location. Be careful of how you treat people.

This place has rodents in the bag of hair. Be careful you may take one home with you. When I showed the worker/cashier, she told me “well pick another package and I will let them know”. I was so done that I had to walk out. We both saw that little rodent trying to get out the bag of hair. It’s bothersome to know they have rodents and they selling hair to the public knowingly a rodent lived in the hair. That’s just nasty..

After driving all over town looking for hair products for my daughter, we ended up at Nicole Beauty & Wig. My daughter was able to find everything she needed. We were specifically looking for black hair products, and they have a large selection of black hair products.
