Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent to get acrylic nails and they left open areas where the acrylic didn’t cover the entirety of my nails. My pedicure was also poorly done the materials they used didn’t seem new. Went to get acrylic nails and they left open areas where the acrylic didn’t cover the entirety of my nails. My pedicure was also poorly done the materials they used didn’t seem new. Critical: QualityI got my nails done 2 days ago there. Simple black matte coffin nails. They make you pay cash and make you pull money from there ATM which charges you to use it. My nails were finished but they looked bad I was not happy but I felt bad for saying anything but the bubbles in my nails were so bad I had to get them fixed so,Yesterday I went back in to get them fixed because of the bubbles. Then I came home thinking the nails were okay and took a shower. The bubbles were basically still there they just painted over them and so when I took a shower the nail paint where the bubbles were ripped and came off. You can see the layers in the pictures. I went back in today and asked for someone else to redo them. The lady there was nice very easy going and redid them for me and they look better now although they Still have a couple bubbles but they refuse to do a refund on them claiming the will redo them over and over until they are right but they wont refund money. The guy there (I believe he is the owner) was mad over some Yelp review someone made about them saying it was me but I didn’t even make a review on that app… Yet. He wad telling me to take the review down and that it made them look bad. He got upset and continued to get closer and closer to me putting his phone in my face making me look at the reviews. When I told him it wasn’t me who posted it he began arguing about it saying it was me and that I needed to take it down because they were being “Nice to me” and they were “Sorry about the mistake”. I know people make mistakes but 2 times in a row…Sorry dude but you obviously deserve that review. He had other customers at the time so he was trying to keep everything very quiet but he was being very pushy and rude about the whole situation. He continued to make me feel uncomfortable and I wanted out of there as soon as possible. With everything going on currently for him to be so close to me being very pushy and rude plus being mad about a review that was saying they don’t wear mask then going on telling me they did but he was “Wearing” the mask it was around his chin not covering anything. Overall would not go again. Some of the people are nice the others are rude and very judgemental.
